While prepaid funeral plans aren't currently regulated, the Government is planning to legislate to bring funeral plans within the remit of the Financial Conduct Authority.
Until then, you can be rest assured that we are registered with the Funeral Planning Authority which provides non-compulsory regulation to adhere to certain rules and a code of practice.
